Auntie M & Farmgirl Grandma...

Whew!

I've barely been home since I've been home!  So, while I'm off sorting through hundreds of photos from my road trip and dozens from the Farm Chicks' Show...

I thought I'd share a wee Nebraskan blast from the past with ya'll.

M & M

Great Aunt Mary and Farmgirl Grandma...Marie!
(Yes, the one born in the eight-sided house)

Aunt Mary had a lot to do with my life and breath....as SHE is the one who introduced my grandma to her bronco-bustin' lil' brother.  But THAT is a story for another day.  Aunt Mary, who went to be with the Lord in 2005, would have turned 101 this year.  We had a lovely time visiting with Gloria, Aunt Mary's daughter, after my mama's high school reunion.  As the Wonder Twins' first first cousin, Gloria is helping to fill us in on some of the missing pieces of our family puzzle!

Thank you, Gloria!  It was lovely meeting you!

Oh, and my farmgirl grandma...yeah...at 89, she is still a little firecracker!
