Alice and the Snowy Wood...

For the last two years, I've been blessed to head out to the mountains to hunt for my Christmas tree with my great friend and neighbor, Alice.

2011

This year, Alice's wee girlies were out of school just in time to join us.

As usual, I followed along with my camera…

…while they did all the serious work.

What a joy!

Hi Julie, What a fun adventure. This is what memories are made of. Those girls will forever remember. We use to always cut us a fresh tree, but now just have artifical. I do miss those days. May need to try it again. Some of my children still do it. Wonder if they'd let mom and dad tag along next year? Love all of your pics. We usually have lots of snow here in UT. This year we have zero in the valley. Missing it a bit, even though I am loving the warmer weather. Thanks for visiting me. Wish you a wonderful New Year!
Julie, I was going to follow you, but could not see where.

Looks like you all had a great time.
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, everyone! Jann, I removed the "followers" link from my sidebar, but there should be a "follow" link toward the top of the page next to blogger's "search" box. Thank you! Sorry for the inconvenience with the link!
