I am an artist, designer, and preservationist who lives to be a light for the Lord and to save old houses.
A dumpster diving germ freak by trade and obsession, I love to take something neglected and turn it into something truly beautiful. Along with rearranging furniture and deconstructing 1960's "home improvements," going IN to Krispy Kreme instead of using the "drive-thru" is one of my favorite forms of exercise! Currently, I am restoring a 1910 Frankenstein of a farmhouse and a 1919 Craftsman Bungalow. Oh, and I have a tiny little shop that features vintage goodies and pretty new things for you, your home, and baby!
lane (lān) n. A narrow rural path or way, confined between fences, walls, hedges, or similar bounderies. Funk & Wagnall's Standard College Dictionary 1966
Just outside The Little Red Shop is a wee gravel lane. On either side of this lane is a split rail fence...the shop on one side... the ol' nursery on the other. Do you remember the time, oh so long ago...that I showed you the lane..all covered in snow?
The snow didn't stay...but... Jack Frost has been awfully busy...along that lane while I've been away...
CRISP, SWEET, AUTUMNAL GOODNESS!!!
Thank you for stopping by...and for patiently waiting while I was away...
I hope you are enjoying gloriously beautiful frosty Fall days!!!
