Amongst the Apple Blossoms...

I found a little inspiration.

With everything that's been going on for the last couple of months, I haven't felt like reaching for my camera...

...until this afternoon.

I wonder why.

The Apple Tree on the lane between The Little Red Shop and The Little Red Shop Bungalow was full of feathered friends when I returned from running errands today.  This was the only wee sweetie who paused long enough for me to snap some photos.

I believe it's a Cedar Waxwing.

Thank you, li'l birdie!

............

I hope you found some beauty today.

ps  The red-trimmed window on the 1919 bungalow in the background of these photos is partnered by, on the inside, original glass-front cupboards...and sits just over the kitchen sink, but that's a story for another day.

I love to hear the birds singing. They are so cheery they are impossible to resist.
